1. PC with Bluetooth connectivity (If your PC don’t have Bluetooth Buy a Bluetooth Dongle it cost only Rs 100)
2. Mobile Phone with Bluetooth Inbuilt.
3. Java Compatibility Mobile Phone.
4. Mobile Witch
(Before you  get started you will need to install both Mobile Application and PC Server.)

What is Mobile Witch??
MobileWitch is a very interesting free of charge computer software that allows you to turn your phone into a Pc Remote Control. It will allow you to access various PC application with your Phone. The software consist of two parts. There is a client and then there is a server which are both programmed in JAVA. Start the Mobile Application. On Nokia phones the shortcut is located in Menu/Applications/Collection. The phone will automatically start searching for active devices.

Once both devices are connected you will be abble to acces the Mobilewitch Bluetooth Remote Control Menu from your phone.

From this menu you will be able to control your mouse cursor, keyboard and the following programs, if installed on your computer: Windows Explorer, Firefox,Window Media Player , Internet Explorer, Winamp and Powepoint. Please note that each application you would like to control has to be first started from the computer and needs to be Always On Top of your desktop.

The application does not require any configuration of Bluetooth or Java on both the client or server and the applications it work with are Firefox, Winamp, Windows Media Player, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Explorer.

Today I am going to post cool notepad trick. With this trick, you can make your Computer welcome you in its computerized voice. You can make your Windows based computer say "Welcome to your PC, Username."

To use this trick, follow the instructions given below:-

• Click on Start. Navigate to All Programs,Accessories and Notepad. Copy and paste the exact code given below.

• Replace Username with your own name.
• Click on File Menu, Save As, select All Types in Save as Type option, and save the file as Welcome.vbs or "*.vbs".

• Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows XP) or to C:\Users\ User-Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 7 and Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive.
• Paste the file.

Now when the next time you start your computer, Windows will welcome you in its own computerized voice. Try it yourself to see how it works. In my personal opinion, this is an excellent trick. How To reduce Google Chrome Memory Usage

Google chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the most popular web browsers today. One Common complaint about these browsers is that they eats a lot of memory (RAM) while viewing web pages. It slows down your pc if the websites are large or you've more opened tabs. Conditions are even worse if you're using an old pc which has less resources. In this post, here's few tips to reduce memory usage of google chrome browser. Few of them will also applicable to firefox. 

 RAM usage of Google chrome is directly proportional to installed addons and opened tabs while the latter cant be controlled. But you should checkout the installed addons and remove unwanted extensions. Goto Tools > extensions to uninstall useless extensions.

Use the in-built flash plugin. If you're using the chrome's developer channel build, there's a chance to use a better flash plugin. To use this feature, right click and select properties on the google chrome shortcut on your desktop. In the target field, put a space after chrome.exe" and enter the command line switch ' --enable-internal-flash' as shown in the screenshot below.

How To Repair Task Manager Dasabled Problem

It is due to some kind of virus/ trojan activity which normally disables the task manager.Now due to this problem when ever the user press alt+ctrl+del to launch windows task manager it gives an error saying “Task Manager is being disabled by your administrator”.

Solution:

To Enable the Disabled Task Manager on your system

1. Press window key+r to show run prompt
2. Follow the following steps

    Enter gpedit.msc in the run prompt and click OK
    In the Group Policy settings window
    Select User Configuration
    Select Administrative Templates
    Select System
    Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
    Select Remove Task Manager
    Double-click the Remove Task Manager option’.
    Set the property of this item as disabled.


For Those who use Windows XP Home Edition can use the registry to enable Task Manager

1. open start –> run and type regedit

2. Navigate to the following path:

Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
3. You will find a registry key with name DisableTaskMgr of type: REG_DWORD
4. Double click the key with and set the Value to 0
5. Exit the registry and restart to see the effect.

Hoe to use your Pen Drive as RAM

RAM (Random Access Memory) is the memory which computer uses to work on different processes. The more RAM you have, the faster the process is. Usually, these days the computers come with atleast 1 GB of RAM. But, that’s not enough to run some High Memory consuming softwares. Especially, the Games require a big amount of RAM to play smoothly. I have faced many problems with Games on my computer due to RAM. So, here I am going to show you how you can use your USB Pen Drive as RAM. The process explained below is for Windows 7 OS. For other, it might be slight different. 

Step 1: Go to Start followed by Control Panel.

Step 2: Click on System and Security, then select System. See below screenshot.

Step 3: Now select Advanced system settings from the left side.

Step 4: The dialog box will open in Advanced tab, click on Settings, then go to Advanced tab.

Step 5: From there, you will see Virtual Memory, just click on Change…

Step 6: In Windows 7, the box Automatically manage paging file size for all drives comes prechecked, so we have to uncheck it to perform the operation.

Step 7: Now, from the local drives list, click on your Pen Drive letter, eg. H and set the Custom Size for it. If you have 4 GB Pen Drive, then enter 700 in Initial Size and 3072 in Maximum size and hit Set. See below screenshot.


Now, the computer will restart and everything is done !
